Returns
Important! Damaged shipments must remain with the original
packaging for freight company inspection. Inspect shipments
upon receipt and report shortages and incorrect or damaged
material to us immediately.
No returns will be accepted more than 90 days after
shipment for any reason. Before 90 days, no returns will
be accepted without prior authorization. If it is
necessary to return material to us, please
contact the appropriate sales department
for a return authorization number and forwarding
instructions.
Returned material will be subject to a restocking
charge of 20% for catalog items. Special orders cannot
be returned unless defective.

Repairs
Note: All repairs sent to the factory must include an RMA number and a valid
purchase order to cover the amount of the repair. Packages lacking these documents will be
returned COD.
To obtain an RMA number or for any other
information about factory refurbishment,
contact the appropriate service department.
If you are returning a valve, actuator, pump, or detector, please include
a Decontamination Report (.pdf). M6 and M50 pumps also require a
Failure Report.
