Rates

All rates apply to overall length (LOA), and include power and water.

Off-season:	$0.75 per foot ($22.50 minimum)
	$45 flat fee for 60' slips
Summer:	$1.00 per foot ($30 minimum)
	$60 flat fee for 60' slips
Holidays:	$1.50 per foot ($45 minimum)
	$90 flat fee for 60' slips

Summer rates apply from the first day of Daylight Savings Time through the last day of Daylight Savings Time.

Off-season rates apply from the first day of Daylight Standard Time through the last day of Daylight Standard Time.

Check in/out policy

Check in/out time is 1:00 pm firm. Early arrival and late checkout may be accommodated, depending on slip availability. If we can accommodate early arrival or late check out, a fee will be charged at the rate of 10% of your overnight moorage fee (based on the length of your boat) per hour.
