Permanent Moorage (effective June 1, 2006)

Permanent moorage fees range from $7.75 to $9.25 per foot per month, depending on the size and location of the slip.

We have one unique policy which is becoming more and more popular with our permanent residents. If a resident boat is going to be out overnight, the slip is automatically released into the overnight rental pool. If the slip is rented while the permanent residents are away, half of the fee collected is credited against the permanent moorage account.
